 <li>Offer Placement: Carriers can easily place offers on shipments of interest. Upon placing an offer, an ArcBest representative follows up for negotiation and confirmation, accommodating alternate pickup dates as necessary.</li>
 <li>Haul it Now Feature: This function allows users to claim a shipment immediately at a specified rate without the need for negotiation.</li>
 <li>Award Acceptance: Eligible carriers can now accept exclusive awards through the app based on historical performance without needing to access the ArcBest Carrier Portal, expediting the process of getting drivers on the road.</li>
 <li>Shipment Tracking: Users can easily monitor both upcoming and in-transit shipments, aiding in effective fleet planning.</li>
 <li>Transit Updates: The app streamlines communication by allowing users to provide real-time location updates for drivers, thereby reducing the need for frequent check-ins.</li>
